Brett Kissel at Banff Gondola - 2017
Brett Kissel's management team held a contest for fans to appear in a TV segment airing on CBC Television for Canada Day. The segment featured Brett Kissel performing his song "Airwaves." I won the contest as a fan, and brought a guest with me.
We drove from Sherwood Park, AB, to Banff, AB, to participate in the recording. Brett Kissel's segment was part of the CBC television special "Canada Day 150! From Coast to Coast to Coast," recorded at the Banff Gondola on Thursday, June 29, 2017. In between recordings, we took pictures of Brett Kissel performing his other songs. The TV segment was aired on the CBC Television Network on Saturday, July 1, 2017, to celebrate Canada's 150th anniversary of Confederation.
